• Liability: Lumeirrah Suites is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including government orders, technical failures, or force majeure.
• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction subject to courts/authorities applicable to Moga, Punjab.
